History: About Mexico before WWI?

there were never many socialists in America, and certainly not enough to control whereabouts of troops (such as leading them into Mexico) US troops sent into Mexico were never sympathetic to Zapatistas. Furthermore, I don’t even think that Zapata did anything until the midst of WWI, but I could be wrong on that. Anyway, I am positive that B is your answer
